Missouri, Child Support: GHLMEPLS

Can someone please help, i have been try so hard to get back on my feet but no luck. I am paying child support for 4 kids and my ex wound let me see them, and i can affort to get a lawyer. I really miss my kids. Right now i live alone no car, no heat in my house no cash, and my electric will be shut off soon if i dont pay it...Pls if someone out there can help.. ty...god bless u all..
